We retain your personal information only as long as needed for legitimate purposes or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, including your avatar and notes. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

Shiora is not intended for users under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will delete the information immediately.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

Shiora is based in the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
